I've seen it in GvG. Pretty powerfull, easy to shutdown IMO.

What's the easy shutdown? Compared to your usual Shock assassin it is harder to shutdown to say the very least.

Signet of humility, if you bring it offcourse...

DP is also more of an issue. ( same for AoD shock sins I guess: energy + exhaustion = bye bye energy )

I'd say that it's better than the AoD assassin build in terms of flexibility (shock is nasty on your energy), however, you can't leg it in the same way you can with AoD.

Eh, Sig of Humility just removes the extra damage on jungle as far as attack combo is concerned, no biggie.

DP is hard on practically any assassin build.

Shadow walk+cancel stance = 30 sec AoD, so you can leg just fine I think.
